30-day money-back
Email hello@pawesomehome.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Full refund. Items under $25 don't need to be sent back.
Free US shipping
No minimum. Orders leave our fulfillment partner in 1–3 business days and arrive in 5–11 days with a tracking link. Street addresses only.
What we don't do
No subscriptions, no free trial that turns into a charge, no reviews we didn't earn.
Who we are
A small US-based shop that sells two pet products we'd give our own dogs. Questions get a reply from a person within one business day.

Policies
The fine print, made simple
Shipping policy
Free standard shipping on every US order. Orders are handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 5–11 days after that, with a tracking number emailed automatically. We ship to street addresses in all 50 states; PO boxes are not supported by our carrier. We don't ship outside the US yet.
Refund policy
30 days from delivery, any reason, full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. For orders under $25 we don't ask for the item back. For larger orders we may ask you to return it; we cover the label if the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Privacy
We collect what's needed to ship your order and email you about it. We don't sell your data. Payment details are handled by Shopify Payments and never touch our servers. Full policy text will be generated from Shopify's template at launch.
